About

Isabel Wong is a freelance fashion designer and independent womenswear label established in London and currently based in Yorkshire - offering high quality ready-to-wear & bespoke designs as well as freelance fashion design services for start-ups and established brands.

Specialising in luxury womenswear and accessories but not limited to, her designs are defined by simplicity and contemporary creative cutting, translating conceptualism into wearability. Her designs feature subtle contrasting textures through carefully selected fabrics and fabric manipulation, complemented by clean lines and clever draping for an ethereal yet minimalist aesthetic.

Isabel believes that clothing should not be determined by season or trends and focuses on creating timeless quality investment pieces that will adorn the wearer for years to come. Every garment is meticulously cut, draped and sewn in the studio and our leather bags are locally outsourced and made by carefully selected British artisans and skilled craftsmen who are specialists in their field to ensure the best quality and longevity of our products.

Sustainability is important to us so wherever possible, we try to source natural or recycled materials that are either ex-designer, remnant or deadstock supplies, that would otherwise be destined for landfill. We produce limited items and offer our designs on a made-to-order basis to both stockists and individual customers - to avoid overproduction but to also allow our buyers the opportunity to request exclusive one-of-a-kind exclusive pieces. We utilise any off-cuts for smaller accessories to minimise our waste and any remaining scraps are either recycled or donated to schools and other artisans with the same ethos.
